Ministry of Home Affairs, Police were stopped from taking disciplinary action against Sher Afzal Marwat – The Islamabad High Court sent notice to the parties and requested a report by February 26 in order to prevent Sher Afzal Marwat from facing disciplinary punishment from the Federal Ministry of Interior and the police.

Sher Afzal Marwat requested that Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz hear his case details without bothering him. Sher Afzal Marwat said in court that he was harassed, his door was shattered at one in the morning, and his residence was raided after he staged a protest and rally.

Judge Thaman Rifat Imtiaz remarked that he initially takes notice of the cases and asks the police and FIA for details. The High Court postponed the hearing to February 26 and ordered that the senior PTI leader not be disciplined.
